Shipping Information and Return Policy - Please Read All
California Residents will be charged sales tax on their order
United States Shipping ACT ships to all US addresses please provide a full street address for shipping. Our shipping
charges are as follows:
Clamping device Shipping
All clamping devices will be shipping by USPS (US Postal Service) priority mail at a fixed shipping charge of $9.95 for up to 4 pairs of clamps.
CNC machine Shipping Since the shipping weight of the DMC-III CNC machine is about 500 lb. and is packaged in a wooden crater. All CNC machines shipping charge will be quote by Less than truck load freight base on the origination from Los Angeles, California, zip code 91344. Please contact the sales department for the shipping charges.
Post Office Box, Alaska and Hawaii Shipments ACT ships to Post Office Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii by US
Priority Mail. The shipping charges are the same. Priority Mail usually
takes 2-3 days but does not provide tracking and insurance. Please let
us know if you would like tracking and/or insurance on your order.
International Shipping
Please contact the sales department for the shipment internationally.
Packaging ACT takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe
arrival. All plush items are packed in plastic bags and fragile items
are cushioned with p-nuts. ACT recycles packaging material
whenever possible - we ask you to do the same.
Sending a Gift
If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address
of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is
a gift. ACT is happy to include a message with your order -
please let us know what you would like the message to say. We will
e-mail you a confirmation but will not mail a receipt to you. ACT cannot at this time provide a gift-wrapping service.
Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 30 days of receipt
of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 45 days of
receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return
and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product
back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive
at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags
removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by Freighter, save the item, the box and
all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with Freighter. Freighter
insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to
allow a Freighter representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise
and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the
product at the carrier's expense. If your product shipped by the USPS the damage will be between you and the post office.
Canceling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the
morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday
or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday.
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that
you e-mail us immediately atsales@actmachines.com Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
